  • Insert the Guide Pin to Femur Rotation Center
  • Adjust the Optimal Hole For Guide Pin Through Sleeve
  • Install the LRS System to Femur while holding the Guide Pin and Sleeve in adjusted hole.
  • Remove the Guide Pin and Sleeve Place the Bolt and Cube To T Clamp’s adjusted hole.
  • Check the level of the Ring. You can change the hole of the Cube if necessary.
  • Install the Ring to Tibia Proximal
  • Now the system is ready for Full Knee Motion
